Funday Sunday

We went for a 2 hour snowshoe today. We hiked up an old snowmobile trail to the existing trail. It looked fun....too bad we were just hoofing it. It was a perfect day to go for a ride. Someday. The snow on the trail was sooo deep. We broke trail and poor Sawyer is trying to sleep at 4 in the afternoon.

Daddy and Wyatt's Big Escape

Today, after a trip to the doctor for Wyatt's first case of pink eye, Jay, Sawyer and Wyatt went hiking and had a picnic at a hang glider spot. In other news, Wyatt likes to find the mouse in the book Goodnight Moon, says "gock gack" when he sees a bird (it means quack quack for Duck) says "puppy" when he sees the dog or any dog, answers our questions most of the time with "no" and can now bring us things, put things away, and find hammers where ever we are. Oh, and he is totally into frozen blueberries.

Museum of Play

This past Monday, President's Day, Jay and I took Wyatt to the Strong Museum of Play. He was a little young, but lasted a whole hour and a half and loved every minute of it. Here are photos! If you look closely, we are sitting on the steps at Sesame Street, on TV with Elmo (Wyatt really likes Elmo lately- every night we have to watch Elmo videos) and somewhere along the way in the Berenstein Bears world he found his favorite thing. yep, you guessed it, a hammer. (He is so just like daddy....)

Toddler Tango

Wyatt and I went to Toddler Tango at the library on Saturday. They sing songs and dance and play different instruments. He was quite shy at first, but then quickly became the teacher's pet.

Snowy Sunday

Lots of heavy snow. We made a "chute" for Wyatt's sled in the back yard from the third level to the second level. It was steep, but Wyatt loved it! All smiles today, even getting ready to go outside, which he usually despises. For some reason today, he just layed on the floor and smiled, happily chewing his zipper pull. See photos.
